CULINARY ART CENTER

There was a time cooking was considered to be one of the household chore done by women.           But today, is regarded as one of the highly skilled art that is in great demand in hospitality industry.
There is a great demand for culinary artists in many Hotels, Resorts and Cruise Ships. There are many positions ranging from chef to mangers in the field of Culinary Art.
Work Experience has on its data base a number of at least 300 skilled Chefs ready to pursue an International career and many other which are having some experience on Cooking and have previously worked in the Kitchen but will need some shape up in order to be ready for an Entry Level job, abroad.

WETA organizes Basic Culinary Courses and so we can help the Trainee to develop their career and at the same time to continuously respond to the Company requests of such category of personnel.
The Trainings and the Exams are conducted in English Language and the Program of the Basic Culinary Course contains modules such as:

  • Introduction Culinary Art (Basics)
  • Product Knowledge (International Standards)
  • Health and Hygiene Protocol ( HACCP Module )
  • Kitchen Tools & Equipment
  • Kitchen Department Structure

    All of those Trainee who will seek a career on Cruise Ships , will also attend the Cruise Ship Training before entering the Interview stage.
